Bluestone Resourcing was established in 2007 with the aim off providing transparent IT Recruitment to both Candidates and Clients. We felt that we could do things differently to other organisations as we both have hands on experience within the IT Consulting industry implementing SAP and other ERP solutions for customers. Our Unique Selling Point is the ability to understand candidates skill sets, challenge them on their technical ability as well as understanding the Clients requirement in depth.
We have always felt that the role of the agency is to act as a ‘filter’ and provide the best 2 or 3 options for the client to consider, some agency’s will submit 5, 6 or more cv’s and to us this is not the best use of the Clients time and possibly demonstrates that the agency doesn’t know which the best or most suitable candidate for the role is.
Put simply we see that our value add to the process is;
- Save the client time by presenting only the most suitable candidates to interview
- Advise candidates and clients of market rates, availability of skill sets/ requirements
- Demonstrate to clients our technical understanding of requirements so that we become part of the decision making process
In 2016 Barrie left the organisation to pastures new, still within the IT Consulting industry. Robin is the current Operations Director overseeing the delivery of services, client engagement and strategic decision making. Bluestone continue to deliver a high quality service with a strong focus on ERP solutions, we are a niche IT recruitment business rather than a volume based recruitment business.
